Building Complex Styria (A)
Campus Messendorf is a visionary project that brings together health, technology, and innovation in a unique environment.

Located on the premises of the Neuroth company, this flexible and modular building complex offers space for educational institutions, start-ups, and businesses. At the heart of the area lies Paula Neuroth Square, designed as a central meeting place with a high quality of stay.
The architecture of the campus sets new standards in sustainability and functionality. The buildings feature modular construction, with a base level serving as a platform for three tower-like structures. These towers accommodate various user groups and are enveloped by innovative „Green Curls“ façades.
These green curtain façades symbolize the core values of the campus: health, responsibility, quality of life, and sustainability. They are not only an aesthetic highlight but also provide natural sun protection and cooling, contributing to overall energy efficiency.

Campus Messendorf blends architectural elegance with a sustainable vision. It creates an inspiring place where education, work, and leisure merge within an innovative and livable environment — a flagship project for modern urbanity and quality of life.

Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor spaces are structured into green and partitioned zones, such as learning gardens, relaxation areas, and sports facilities, creating a seamless connection between learning, working, and recreation. At the same time, the curl-like façade design— inspired by human anatomy—ensures an iconic appearance that makes the campus truly distinctive.
