The Eckertstraße 99 construction project represents residential living in a semi-urban setting, situated among villas and green spaces in Graz Eggenberg.
Due to its close proximity to the Joanneum University of Applied Sciences, the project aims to offer affordable and individual housing for students or small families. Tram line 7, which runs along Eckertstraße, provides excellent access to public transportation. Nearby, there are sports fields and a playground.
